Our Story
The name of the mission organisation "Offene Türen” literally means open doors and is derived from the Bible verse in Revelation 3:8. We see our mission and vision in using these open doors for God and His Word to proclaim the name of Jesus Christ through God's power.
Our mission organisation is active in two countries. In Romania, we support sick and socially weak people through various projects and share the good news with them. In Uganda, we support children through a children's home and a school and try to preach the Gospel through school evangelism. The non-profit association has existed since 1997 and is financed exclusively by donations.

Letzte Woche hat sich erneut ein Team von Deutschland aus auf den Weg gemacht, um Hilfsgüter in die Ukraine zu bringen. Obwohl die Mitarbeiter nun schon viele Transporte dieser Art durchgeführt haben, ist es noch immer keine Routine und jedes Mal ist es spannend, was sie auf der Reise erwartet. In vielen Orten konnten Lebensmittel und andere Hilfsgüter abgeladen werden, auch wurde versucht, Suppenküchen und Gemeinden zu beliefern. Für August ist der nächste Transport in die Ukraine geplant. Wir freuen uns, wenn du uns im Gebet unterstützt, dass Gott dort vor Ort wirkt, Herzen öffnet und durch dieses Projekt Menschen mit Gottes Botschaft erreicht werden. Ein solcher Transport von Deutschland zu verschiedenen Stationen in die Ukraine kostet ca. 5.000 €.
